Gilly Barn
Sleeps 5 and dog-friendly
Situated next door to Burnfoot, Gilly Barn also enjoys an elevated position with a large and newly fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine/drier. Next to the kitchen there is a cloakroom and through the entrance hall is the spacious dining area and cosy SmartTV snug area, with a few steps down to the circular sitting room which has a large TV with Sky, Netflix facility and a woodburner making it ideal for family living.
Fully refurnished in 2020, downstairs the Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and has access straight out into the garden. There is an additional superking ziplink bed which can be made up as a twin room and a third single bedroom with a family shower room.
Beautifully Presented with a cobbled outdoor eating area and a large garden to the rear of the property with stunning views across the valley and private parking at the front of the Barn.

Burnfoot

With wonderful far reaching countryside views, Burnfoot enjoys a secluded, elevated position with a newly fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washer/drier, next to the kitchen off the entrance hall is cloakroom with a shower, perfect for coming in from the beach. The sitting/dining room features cosy sofas, Smart TV and woodburner for cosy evenings after a day out exploring the area.
Downstairs the large Master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and door straight out to an enclosed dining area to the rear of the property. There is also a large superking with ziplink that can be made up as a twin and also a small double room sharing the family bathroom with overhead shower.
There is private parking to the front of the Barn and a fenced private garden with table and chairs for alfresco eating.
